How To Book

  1. The Main Hall diary is shown below. If your preferred date/time is free, click on the “+” sign to request a booking.
  2. You will then be asked to login or if you are a new hirer you will need to register and create a new login to access the booking system. We use the Hallmaster system to manage and display our bookings on-line. Click here to view the Hallmaster how-to guide – this opens a pdf in a new window.

The booking system generates a request which will be acknowledged with an automated email but this is not a firm booking until we have received your deposit and you have received a confirmation email from us.

Please note that we ask for a booking deposit to be paid for all bookings. You should read the Conditions of Hire and check our Hire Rates before making any bookings.

You can view existing bookings for other rooms by selecting them from the drop down box labelled ‘Select Room’. To enquire about prices and to make a booking for any of our rooms other than the Main Hall, please either submit an enquiry to bookings@lintonmemorialhall.org or contact Adele on 07899 841963. Please bear in mind the phone is not manned. Leave a message and we will return your call or enquiry as soon as possible.

 

Linton Memorial Hall uses personal data for the purposes of managing the hall, its bookings and finances and running and marketing events at the hall. Data may be retained for up to 7 years for accounts purposes and for longer where required by the hall’s insurers.
