LICENCES<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span>
\nLinton Memorial Hall holds two main licences:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Premises Licence No. PREM\/02024<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span>
\nThis licence is granted by Leeds City Council and licenses the Hall for the following activities:
\nIndoor Sporting Events
\nLive Music
\nRecorded Music
\nPerformances of Dance
\nOther Entertainment Activities
\nMaking Music
\nDancing.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\nLinton Memorial Hall does not<\/strong> hold a licence for the sale of alcohol (see below).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Performing Rights Society Licence<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span>
\nLinton Memorial Hall holds a PRS Licence which allows you to play copyright material in the Memorial Hall. The management committee pays an annual fee for this licence, but we do not make any additional charge.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Alcohol Licence<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span>
\nLinton Memorial Hall does not<\/strong> hold a licence for the sale of alcohol.
\nIf you wish to sell alcohol at your event then you will need to apply to the management committee for approval. You will then need to apply to Leeds City Council for a Temporary Events Notice (TEN), giving a minimum of ten working days advance notice.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Television Licence<\/strong>
\nLinton Memorial Hall does not<\/strong> hold a television licence.
\nThis means that you may not download or watch BBC programmes on demand – including catch up TV – on BBC iPlayer. This applies to all devices, including a smart TV, desktop computer or laptop, mobile phone, tablet, digital box or games console on our premises.
