All sessions are allocated on a first come-first served basis.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Regular hirers to contribute to the smooth running of the hall. As a regular hirer and &#8216;friend&#8217; of the hall, you are expected to help by:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Arriving in good time to ensure that the facilities have been left in a suitable condition for your class\/event<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Letting us know when they haven&#8217;t &#8211; remembering that this facility is run by enthusiastic volunteers rather than a commercial organisation &#8211; and sorting any problems out<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Being prepared to tidy away items left out of place<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Making sure that the hall is left ready for the next hirer<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Coming along and contributing to\u00a0our quarterly management committee meetings<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">All of these things help Linton Memorial Hall keep our costs down.
